I've been domesticated
Apparently I've been domesticated. My sisters, Kanani and Lehua, had decided before I moved here to start canning once a month. I of course jumped on the wagon. In about a weeks time I canned chicken and did strawberry jam. I grew up helping my Mom do all kinds of canning. I had never canned or used a pressure cooker on my own. It was SO easy. Who knew?

Bottled chicken huh? I am not quite brave enough to try something like that.
