They were all very excited about bowling including Hayden. He was bouncing off the walls when we got there cause he could hardly wait. We got our shoes, balls, and names all put in. We began but Hayden was all of a sudden totally and completely unwilling to bowl. He wouldn't walk up to lane for anything. We finally figured out way he was so afraid.

This lovely skeleton was right over our lane. He was terrified of it. Eric finally talked him into walking up to the lane turning backwards and pushing the ball through his legs. It was so cute I couldn't resist snapping a picture and writing about it.
*Kalia was allowed to go to the fair with a bottle of Purell and a promise to use it after every ride, before eating anything, and no touching her nose, mouth, or face. She also had to take a shower the minute she walked in the door.
(I know, I'm a freak!)

Oh its so nice to know I am not the only one with ocd! I feel the same way just going to walmart with the kids.
what a spooky skeleton! Poor Hayden. I would have been freaked out with that thing hovering too!
Wow, I am glad we didn't go to the fair last weekend. We went to Safford for a really short weekend and my father-in-law had thought about taking us to the fair on Saturday night but we were too tired. Thank goodness! And I totally forgot about the temple being built there! Now I am mad we didn't go by there! I am sooo glad you posted those pictures of Angel Moroni. Those are so awesome!
When does the temple open, do you know? And it is a small temple, right? That is going to be the temple Brandon can go to because even though there is one in Mexico a few miles across the border from El Paso, Brandon isn't allowed to leave the country because of being in the army! So he is excited for the temple there.
I'm glad you are all well!
I was just going to say the same thing about Walmart and I see Kimmy has the same thoughts as me! (how funny) :D
Your temple pictures are great! That is so cool. My boys would have loved to seen that, including Brian!
The Temple is a small one. No one knows for sure when it'll be open. We've been told spring time next year.
Oh ya...the Swine! Oink-Oink. Our ward has been going through it REALLY bad! I think Connor had it, but I never took him to the doctor! Anyways...where's the picture of Hayden rolling the ball through his legs?
I was freaking out at Disneyland, and I had no hand sanitizer. You know how I am with metal anyway, now add swine flu to that, and you have a major problem. Handrails are everywhere in Disneyland!
I guess it is traditional to have the fair in the fall. I have just lived in Yuma so long, that seems funny to me.
Of course no one thinks it is strange for you to be concerned about all the germs. The fair always makes me worry a little, even when there isn't a big flu going around!
Hi Malia!
I've enjoyed seeing all your pictures and doing a little catching up. I'm glad you found me- I'll keep checking in with you guys.
Good to see everyone healthy (no swine flu :) happy!
